They were fixed, but the fact of the matter is someone deliberately covered up chipped bathroom tiles before the closing. The trend I noticed is that the house is done up to make it pretty but done cheaply, any warranty claim is then denied as normal wear and tear.

They stated the builder had not informed them that construction had started. The Ryan Homes representative stated it was not Ryan homes responsibility and blamed the developer. The fact is we purchased a house that was not complete and were more than just merely inconvenienced.

We were about a month late breaking ground from the original estimated timeline laid out for us. Love the new house - Bridget and Kevin were outstanding!

No one is answering my calls or neither responding to my warranty requests. One of the persons from warranty request says it’s a one time request to work on drywall cracks which will be done by end of the warranty period. My entire house look is gone because of their poor workmanship. Me & my wife recently purchased a newly constructed house with Ryan Homes Haddon Point which is located in Pennsauken NJ. I say house because this is not a home. We just moved in & we are already looking forward to finding a new place.

People were quitting left and right, and it was because they did not value their workers. If you didn't fit into the company "culture," you were a target to be fired, even if you were going above and beyond the call of duty in your role. Management was classic for shoving their own job role responsibilities to other parties and taking credit for work they did not do. Racism was a common issue, but not addressed or acknowledged. Be ready to take work home after hours and NOT receive compensation for additional hours worked.

Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting. Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house.
