Steve Eichler was our finance officer, and was very helpful in discussing loan options and setting up our closing. The Ryan team sets the standard for delivering customer service, and addressed every concern or question that we had along the way. My project manager, Alex was so sweet and attentive to the entire process. She made my home feel like it was hers with the attention to detail she put into everything. She answered all of my questions, sent me continual updates and went above and beyond with all of my requests.

We are in the building stage and thought I would share my review on construction with Ryan homes. We were very lucky to be assigned to Jordan and his crew. This was an expensive purchase for us so watching Ryan homes build our house has been amazing.
Our experience from the start until today has been excellent. Our sales person, Lora Blair, went above and beyond to satisfy us - and i know I can be a difficult customer. Our project manager Jim Nece has ensured our home be the perfect living space. Our Ryan Homes experience continues to be stellar. The neighborhood is young and fun and full of great people. If you want your dream home, please choose another builder. I took a chance and sadly I regret it every day. Stopped in at the model home for information and the sales person Ashley was amazing. After meeting with several area home builders we decided to move forward with Ryan Homes at Turnberry Fishers.
Granddaughter purchased a home there that is being built as I write this. Went to do a walkthrough last night and we were very impressed. The two gentlemen who were cleaning up after drywalling, were so accommodating and polite. The homes were nice and the Christmas 🎄 lights were beautiful. I believe they are going to be very happy there. Like the pool, Tennis court, Kids Play Area etc.
Earl thoroughly and clearly explained the construction process to us and is keeping us up to date on construction progress with weekly written updates and photos. Cory took care of us and we were extremely happy with the end result. After 6 months our utility bills are incredibly low and no doubt these homes are very energy efficient and extremely well built. If you are in the market for a great new home and neighborhood, give Cory a shout or drop by the show home, you will not be disappointed.
I am going crazy in the decision making department and she has always been able to help me. We are really excited to be a part of Pelican point in the new year. So far not a bad word to say about anyone we have met on this journey with Ryan homes. We love the neighborhood and the convenience to all the stores in Cranberry, the Turnpike and Highways. We also have walking access to Graham Park for long walks.
