We did two add ins to our new house, that at first made people scratch their head, but once we explained the reason, they were impressed with how well thought out we had been. We added an outlet in one of master closets for the ironing board as mentioned above, since the laundry room was too small to keep one.

Building home is huge project and its not only about delivery but resolving the identified issues promptly post delivery matters a lot and team did very god job. Kathy our Sales Representative, is welcoming and her informative nature made us feel at ease when making the huge decision to purchase a new home. Although we were downsizing, the space of our new home makes us feel like we're not leaving the attributes of our bigger house. She is knowledgeable in the many aspects of the models, as well as the building process and various other elements involved. Kathy was very patient with our many questions and concerns as she knew all the answers or found out the information we requested. She is a very personable lady and joy to work with! We are thrilled to be owners of a new Ryan Home -and she was instrumental in this!
I recently moved into my beautiful new Ryan home and just love it here. I am looking forward to meeting many new people and using the new clubhouse. I have to say this has been an excellent experience and especially working with Teresa and Jared. The sunrises and sunsets are just gorgeous here and different every day.

Then we had our 11 month warranty inspection and the painters that came to finish the repairs left the walls blotchy and with patches all over. Unfortunately, as Maria said there are NO one story Models.

Betty and the entire Ryan Homes team have been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We greatly appreciated the time that Betty and Andrea took to walk us through the entire process. From the walkthrough models, choosing the design of our home, and working through the purchasing process, it has been a great experience. We are at the building stage of our home and we will update this review upon completion. We are first time home builder and were looking for a good place in Fishers IN. We setup appointment with Cory and were really impressed with the way he explained the process. He helped our decision making considering there are way too many things to look for in the new construction.
She was there every step of the way and means it when she says she's available to help in any way she can. Upon moving in and being here for a couple of weeks, I had an incident happen and didn't know who to call because it was a Saturday. I thought of Kristin, reached out to her and sure enough she was all over it.
Lisa is very knowledgeable and responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. I’ve been in Construction/Inspections for nearly 20 years and was kinda skeptical about building a new home nowadays. Our home was built perfectly due to our great project manager from Ryan Homes- Jacob Schramek ,He was very responsive, accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the process. I closed on my new construction in January, customer service from the sales side of things was great. Fast forward to August and there is water running along the grout on the floor tiles, from the half bath and into the living room.
He was very responsive and very good at helping ease our tensions building our home. The ONLY downside so far has been the city of Fishers permitting takes longer than expected. We were about a month late breaking ground from the original estimated timeline laid out for us. Love the new house - Bridget and Kevin were outstanding!
She took the time to walk me through the compound, explaining everything as we went along. She truly listened to what I wanted and genuinely cared. Kristin went through the various upgrades, allowing me to chose what I was most comfortable with.
No one is answering my calls or neither responding to my warranty requests. One of the persons from warranty request says it’s a one time request to work on drywall cracks which will be done by end of the warranty period. My entire house look is gone because of their poor workmanship. Me & my wife recently purchased a newly constructed house with Ryan Homes Haddon Point which is located in Pennsauken NJ. I say house because this is not a home. We just moved in & we are already looking forward to finding a new place.
My production team, Jim Nese and Giuseppe have carried on with the positive experience. Answering all of my silly questions and being able to quickly take care of any concerns or issues without question. I can't say enough good things about these people.
